• Extracting lessons learned from project experience and using the results to develop knowledge management products.

• Administering tools, methodologies, and instruments to collect and assess information, indicators and performance standards to monitor project targets and compliance.

• Transforming lessons and experience from WB activities into high quality, evidence-led information, peer-reviewed science, and knowledge products.

• Preparing various written outputs (draft background papers, analysis, sections of reports and studies, and inputs to publications).

• Troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving emerging issues by collaborating with staff in field offices and team leaders at headquarters through missions, technical reports, and workshops.

• Managing the production and dissemination of high quality and evidence-based materials in a variety of formats (flyers, articles, reports, brochures, and online and video outputs).

• Implementing efficient reporting and editorial control systems (e.g. peer review, workflow management, web analytics and metrics).

• Fostering cooperation between experts, stakeholders and counterparts by coordinating and delivering learning activities, reviewing evaluations, and fine-tuning accordingly.

• Promoting expert-led webinars to allow stakeholders in remote locations to access state-of-the-art knowledge and technology.

• Maintaining relationships with staff of other international and regional organizations by working collaboratively on relevant issues.

• Disseminating Bank’s work product by promoting and leveraging cross-support activities and boosting South-South cooperation through conferences, workshops, and field technical visits.

• Leading projects and providing technical assistance products including capacity building, sector reports, and partnership development for clients ranging from rural beneficiaries to governmental agencies.

• Ensuring timely submission and compliance with program and donor reporting requirements by reviewing, documenting, and assessing quality of periodic, annual, and end-of-activity reports.

• Encouraging communication within the team, ensuring all necessary information is available and up-to-date, and improving project coordination by championing cloud based sharing systems.

• Identifying unique and successful projects, and developing case studies for knowledge sharing.

• Developing, tracking, and monitoring budgets, procurement, and consultant contracts.

• Working closely with technical team leaders in field offices and at headquarters to implement complex programs meeting deliverables under tight deadlines and limited budgets.
